Does anyone monitor this site/board

Hello, I sent GreenPCGamers a request for a nice sized quote the other day to build me a Dell Precision Desktop system, and got no replies at ALL. Nothing.

My job had to be in excess of $1,000, yet nobody was there to answer my email? Does anyone know of a site or company that would do this for me? I can't understand why a company like this would not be interested in doing what it is they say is their bread and butter... but... whadaya gonna do, eh?

Any info on how I might get my job done would be greatly appreciated!!

To update: I've reached out to jbigticket and forward your inquiry and/or if possible remove the "build-a-quote" from the main site since there was no prior response. I honestly do not know what to tell you aside from follow up with another site regarding getting a PC built, there are other build-a-pc websites out such as:

https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/
https://nzxt.com/build/pc

While these are gaming specific websites, I'm certain that they will better accommodate what you have in mind.
