T7910 Toshiba PX02SMU020 SSD Initialization Issue

When I try to initialize the drives, it always says I/O error or something like that.

I think I am having trouble with the firmware on the Dell T7910 not recognizing the drives correctly. I've tried the A3AE firmware update multiple times and ways, but it doesn't install. In windows 10 and 11, it always says something like it's not compatible with the system configuration. I saw one place on the Dell forum that maybe the firmware isn't updating because of trying to go from a different firmware starting point, or something like that, but I don't know for sure.

I tried updating the firmware from the Dell DDDP bootable USB drive system. It says the flash tool is not compatible with Dos.

HD Sentinel Pro Portable sees the drives, and says they have low time, and low data written to them, but they will not activate, in the OS, with diskpart, etc.

I made a new install of windows 10 with the legacy drive interface architecture, instead of the UEFI, because I saw in the Dell instructions that the flash tool didn't work with UEFI, but it still does not work for me in legacy either.

I am wondering if anyone knows if they might work hooked to the Dell LSI 9341-8i RAID controller, if the firmware is the issue that keeps them from working with the onboard RAID controller?

Will the Dell LSI 9341-8i run Toshiba PX02SMU020 SSDs in the T7910 if the MB firmware is the problem I am having with the onboard RAID controller?

I invested in the drives already, but don't know for sure if they are the problem, or if it is the firmware on the motherboard.
It looks like they are suppose to be pretty durable drives. I'd like to somehow make everything as stable and durable as I can if possible.

Does anyone have any other tips I can try to get these drives to run on this computer?

Thanks in advance.
